Love this pillow. i got it for my dad for Christmas and my mom stole it from him after she had surgery and it was just the right size for her back. I put his remote and his favorite snacks in the pocket. He really liked it!!!
This is very frustrating. Got the wrong personalization. Should read " Reserved for Hank and Erin", Actually reads "Dad's Spot, don't get too comfortable! I've been on hold for 10 minutes so far. Noone's got time for this.
Overall seems like good quality, however it was not stitched all the way and a spot that was folded over and didn’t get printed on, on the backside of the cover.

I got this for my Husband, because the rescue dogs like to steal his spot on the couch as soon as he gets up. I used the "remote" suggestion for the pocket and added his favorite snack for the other side. He loved it. I'm happy with the quality of the item. The only thing that I wish I knew before purchase is the fact that there is only one large pocket on the pillow. The image of the item on the website has two labels, suggesting two pockets. If I knew this, I would have labeled the pocket differently. Not a big deal though. Overall, very happy, and my Husband loves it.
