To be honest, some of the reviews had me very nervous to buy this product but I was using the gifted money from our BB&B registry for our wedding to purchase it so I thought why not try it... Some of the negative reviews about this product stated that it arrived damaged or broken and that it was a headache to put together… There was not a single issue with mine as it arrived even though the box had a lot of damage to it. Also, it took my Fiancé and I about an hour to put it together - very simple, no issues. It’s surprisingly a relatively sturdy shelf and the product is decently made. It’s exactly what we needed for our bathroom that doesn’t have a closet for towels and storage. I would recommend this product if you need it for something light and decorative.
It was very difficult to put together: the Alan wrench didn't work, lots of the holes were not drilled completely, and the holes were not measured correctly. It took a long time to get together. It looked nice once we got it together though.

It’s super cute and very well built. Super sturdy! Great for books, plants and decor. I’m glad I purchased this. Also super fast delivery.
Hard to install. We can’t figure out how to put the parts together, I doubt that they put the wrong items in my package since my parts are not fitting well together.
It arrived damaged and it appears to be a repackaged box. This was definitely a box that was previously returned with damages! Disappointed. The color gray and style is perfect for my small home office space.

A real challenge to put together but holds a decent amount of books
had to hire a handyman who it toke 2 hours to put it together correctly. had to use more screws to make it stand safely. I guess I got waht I payed for, cheaper than other stores with less quality

The Ladder Bookcase is perfect. Instead of books, we use it for all our family photos. It took me just under two hours to assemble. All tools and attachments are included, but bring a Philips head screwdriver, and a small hammer. I would have given five stars if the plastic feet for the legs covered the entire bottom of the leg.
We love this bookcase so much we ordered two of them! Nice looking and Perfect size!
