Appears as much higher quality than you would think from the price. Wood is very solid. It will take a couple hours to put together but the instructions are clear and it’s more time consuming than difficult. All the pieces fit well together unlike ikea furniture which can be a little off.

I bought this TV stand because I thought it looked very nice and was a reasonable price. The description said “easy to assemble.” There was no option to select “white glove delivery” and I have built a lot of IKEA furniture, so I figured assemblying this wouldn’t be difficult. There are 22 multi part steps. For example, step 1 involves putting dowels and bolts into 5 different wood panels. When I took the wooden pieces out of the box, there were little pieces of styrofoam everywhere. It took 30 minutes of vacuuming each piece to get rid of the little styrofoam pieces. And then, I noticed three of the wooden panels were damaged. When I called BBB about getting the replacement parts, they said it will take 5-9 business days because it’s a third party vendor.

I'll start off by saying this was on sale and we used a 20% off coupon on top of that, so I'm thrilled to have such an awesome piece for such a great price. Our first one arrived with the leg snapped clean off of the support beam, back it went- BBB was super fast and efficient about getting us a new one and the fed ex guy picked up the old one. Painless, and I so appreciate that. New one arrived fine, it probably took an hour to put together. My only qualm is that the little round pieces that "lock" into place can break easily, but they have us spares. I get compliments on this all the time, it's perfect!!!
