Pro: So soft I felt like I was sitting on a cloud Con: VERY THICK - then kinda shrinks. First use I felt like I was in a high chair. After a few extended uses it kinda took its shape and kept it. To fix that you just roate every so often and it will be fine.
I've had this item for a little over a month and it's already flat as a pancake. I sit 8-9 at my office and it's not comfortable at all.

Relieves Sciatic pain while sitting in chair for long periods of time. Will be ordering a 2nd one for my recliner!
This seat pillow is exactly what I needed to be more comfortable in my car. It lifts my hips and results in much less back discomfort.
I love this cushion! I keep it in my car and its really comfortable for long trips or even just going to the store.
This work great for my Mom, who is 90 & adds to her comfort while she is in her wheelchair.
2nd seat cushion purchased. needed to replace old one after 5 years. got a lot of use out of it at the computer. I'm a big guy and I was pleased w/ its performance.
not large enough to be comfortable, and I am not a big man (6'3", 185 lbs).
I have serious back problems and this is the best product for the chair I sit in. I eases my pain & I can sit a little longer than I could without it. This is actually the 3 one I have purchased, I just love it.
