Interesting! Can’t wait to use it
Wow, it’s fabulous! Just a little flour on the board and you’re ready to go! Perfect gnocchis every time!
When rolling gnoochi, it takes a good effort and experience to use this shorter board. I have always just thumb printed them but while in Italy I watched a pasta chef and he had a longer board. No pun. Cleans up fine and just practice makes perfect.
Works great! Easy to clean.
This is a classic gnocchi board. They now make them in plastic as well but I avoid plastic in my kitchen. It does make lovely grooves in your gnocchi but you have to keep flouring it so nothing sticks. No soaking so cleaning the grooves can be a challenge
The actual board is 5 x 2.5". I was hoping for a larger board but I will try this one. When I was in Italy they had much larger boards more like 7 x 5.
This little board really made the forming of Gnocchi easy. I could get each Gnocchi uniform in size and appearance with this press. Great Buy.
This is the classic Italian gnocchi board used to shape gnocchi.
