I opened this to find the swag was 2 pieces. One was very full and the other was very thin and skimpy. Obviously 2 different items. They are supposed to go together to form one 12 foot piece. I tried to return and the system says I cannot as over 30 days. I checked the date and it not. I'll be calling Customer Service for a replacement or refund.

Terrible product. Do not buy. Lights are very week and only lasted for a week, tried changing the batteries and still did not work.

I received an obviously used product & am high disappointed. I otherwise would have loved my purchase. Unfortunately I will try to make do with it since it will be difficult to find other decor so late in the season. Will think twice before ordering from BBB again. See pictures, right out of box.

I have gotten so many compliments on this set. You do have to fluff the branches out to make it look fuller but it’s a great value for the price

I know this item was on sale, but it was obvious that the box had been previously open and re-taped and the item was just thrown back into the box. Not what I expect from BBB.
Super cute and festive. Had to put weights down in the pots so they wouldn’t blow away though.
