Haden Heritage Toaster is Beautiful! Gave 4 stars because on Bagel setting it doesn't toast it too much (even max on knob) but I don't care. Love it!
Disappointed. This toaster looks great but does not toast on the 1st or 2nd attempt. It takes 3x to toast on the highest setting. Used the Bagel setting in an attempt to toast a normal piece of bread and it only toasted on side. The components are cheaply made for this price point. Have given it 14 days of toasting and no improvement.

Disappointed. This toaster meets all of my design-y needs, but it doesn't do a very good job as a toaster. Even on the highest setting, it doesn't really toast the bagel.
These appliances not only look good but they work extremely well too. The toaster was needed, then had to get a matching set (too hard to resist) so I added the Kettle to my order...OMG so retro and match my tile perfectly - they spruced up the kitchen in my opinion. As a bonus, I immediately noticed we cut down on the coffee pods alternatively using the kettle for teas & pour over coffees. Needless to say, I am in love with this brand going forward.

I own the coffee machine from this company and the toaster did not disappoint. The quality is incredible and so beautiful!!
Doesn’t quite toast equally on each side , but good enough, it is beautiful, matches my original 1957 oven, I will keep it! and delivery was quick!

I wanted to love this toaster. It is beautiful! Unfortunately it does not evenly toast, and is cheaply made. I gave it a good 2 weeks of use and it is not worth the price. It consistently toasted one side of the bread more than the other. Time to order a Cuisinart.
