The bedding is good quality and very pretty. I gave it a 4 because the color of the bed skirt and linear trim are not as pictured. They are more gray than blue green as the photo shows. Also, it is dry clean only, which adds to the cost of care.

I was looking for a lighter look-- we live not far from the ocean in Santa Monica. And this lightened up the room considerably. I did iron the part hanging down at the foot of the bed, as it was quite creased. The main part has a rather wrinkly, charming and informal look, and that seems just fine. The one thing I would warn against is that the bed skirt that came with the comforter for our California king-size bed is WAY too short to reach the floor on both sides of the bed and thus does not cover the bed spring, which is the whole purpose of a bed skirt. So I will have to buy another. It is of a blue-grey tone, as others have noted, and that didn't bother me. But it definitely does not fit. All in all, I was satisfied, though, because the comforter and shams gave me the lightened up look I wanted. I also bought the suggested "often bought with" pillows with the orange starfish, and they looked terrific with the comforter.

I love the simplicity of the coastal design and the colors, but because it’s not like most comforters, I have to try extra hard to make my bed look like I made it because of the fabric and the fact that style is purposely a wrinkled linen look. I worry about my dog’s nails getting caught on the fabric, but thankfully nothing has happened to it yet.

I love this comforter set. The only negative thing I have to say is the trim and bed skirt are not the color shown. They are a deep gray color.

This is one of the most comfortable bedding I've slept in. I bought it for my summer home. I wish they made pure white or just sets for all year round,.. solids - not only coastal. It's cozy and warm but lightweight. Perfect!

Crisp, clean and exactly as pictured. I love it in my Fl home. Future buyers be aware that this item will require dry cleaning. I think the embroidery will get all twisted if it is washed.
