I bought the Haven Waffle bath mat and I am very pleased with it. It washes and dries real well. The thing I really like is that it does not have a latex non-skid backing. Even though it does not have this, it is non-skid. The color of the mat stays consistent after washing.
This was 1 of 6 different mats I purchased from this site with “100% cotton/manufacturer recommends using a non-skid pad” in their descriptions, because I foolishly assumed that meant they *didn’t* have latex/rubber on the back. Upon arrival I discovered that, sadly, every single one of them did (don’t trust the descriptions!). As I’ve had two of that style disintegrate in our washer/dryer despite being listed as machine washable/driable, and another that had the latex actually peel off the rug and affix itself to the floor - no, I have no idea what caused that to happen but I do know what it’s like to spend an afternoon scraping mysteriously melted latex out of tile grout with a putty knife - there will be no more latex rugs in my future. Back to the store they all went, and my hunt for a truly 0% latex bathroom mat continues.

Good size and weight. Bright grey, not medium grey. Cotton nap soft and not upright like twisted loop. Wonderful anti slip threads on back instead of rubber coating that comes off in wash.
Nice color, fabric, and size. We were so happy to find this line of mats in 100% organic cotton. Ordered online. Unfortunately, when it arrived, there was a thin rubber backing. So, not a 100% organic cotton product as advertised. Returned it.
So I bought these for a small bedroom, to lay next to the bed. Love the color. They have worked well so far. Have not laundered them yet. For the price, they are just what I needed.

This attractive low profile mat has minimal latex on waffle stitching backing to reduce slipping. The tufted cotton is absorbent without being too thick. Following the instructions to wash on cold and to dry low, the lint shed was normal for cotton and the latex stayed intact. It absorbed better after washing and looks great. I ordered more since it's clearance and the best solution I've found for our radiant heat tiled floors, which will only dry a mat if it's not too insulated.
The waffle look is so pretty, wehther you're aiming for a "spa" look, or just have your aveage meh bathroom. Very comfortable for the feet too and great abosrbancy.
Good quality, my kitties love to sleep on them
