I like that you are able to 3 towels in the warmer. It is very quick and both my husband and 18 month old loves getting out of the shower or tub to a warm towel.
I recently purchased this towel warmer. I was very disappointed. It didn't warm my towel at all. I wouldn't even say it was warm. So sad. After five days it wouldn't even turn on. Needless to say it is going back. I was so looking forward to having another towel warmer. This one is not it.

Used about 6 times and it quit working. Do not recommend.
I bought this a little over a year ago. Used for a few months at the beginning and it worked fine, the only problem that the towels don’t stay warm for long after you take them out maybe 2 minutes. But I tried to start using it again this winter and is not working at all. Too expensive to just stop working all of a sudden and I can’t even return it at this point.
Purchased the unit in store after Christmas. Lasted about a year. Lots of money for a short period of time. Worked well while it still heated, now just a blue light. Disappointed in BB&B for poor quality.
The level of warmth was great, but it was not evenly spread. I did still enjoy it so much. Very sad that it randomly stopped heating after approx 25 mos. Will need to replace and will search for better ratings.
Broke after 6 months (won’t turn on)
I received this as a Christmas gift, it would not turn on at all. Now I’m stuck with a towel warmer that doesn’t work. I tried to take it back to exchange for another one, they would not allow it without the box, because I didn’t keep the box, they could have gave me a different one and put the broken one in that box. Very disappointed.
This is the least Dependable towel warmer I have ever ever used I'm so disappointed I have purchased two within a one-year period because they stop Heating! And they stop Heating in the middle of my need to use it on a client, major embarrassment. I will never use this product again!
People do not buy this product or anything made buy this company. The only good reviews it gets is from buyers that have not used it very much. It is also a fire hazard.
