Haven™ Waffle Large/X-Large Organic Cotton Robe in White

This robe seems a little confused as to whether it wants to be worn in warm or cold weather. The material is plush and comfortable, but quite heavy; however, the length hits me right above the knees, and I am just under 5’4”. I would be uncomfortable wearing this robe in warmer weather because it is a very tight-knit, thick fabric that’s not breathable, but I would prefer that it were a longer length to wear during colder months. Besides that small discrepancy, it is a good quality robe for either lounging in or post-shower and has well-placed, roomy pockets. I like that the arm cuffs and neck are lined with the soft, plushy material that is also lining the entire inside of the robe. It also has two sturdily sewn-in belt loops on each side to allow for higher or lower placement. The belt loop is a smidge short in length; I’m a size 14/16 and I can wrap it around the smallest part of my waist and tie it, but there is not much slack left. I have a S/M, and it is just big enough to close in the front, but there isn’t any extra material to overlap, so any bending over or movement will easily leave me exposed underneath, which should be kept in mind when choosing between the S/M and L/XL. I washed it according to the manufacturer’s instructions, and it held up perfectly fine with no pilling or loosening of any seams.
