HENCKLES International Graphite 17-Piece Knife Block Set

Originally wanted the other set(especially the self sharpening but was not available). Still I like the brand of knives

After 4 months average use, the finish started to peel off. Was unable to return item since over 90 days.

This set is beautiful out of the box, but the finish/coating does not last. It is supposed to be dishwasher safe, but the coating on the handles starts to peel and signs of rust of the blades.

I bought this approximately a year ago and the paint is peeling off the handles and the knives all have rust spots. Some of my cheaper knives are lasted longer. Very disappointed considering I thought with a name brand like this, I was buying something that would last longer than a year. These are going in the garbage can.

Had these for about a year. The handles are pealing paint and the blades constantly get rust spots. These are the worst knives I have ever owned. There is a 90 day return policy or I would return these. No way these are made of German steel. I can't believe I paid over $200 for this crap. Total rip off.

I purchased three sets of these for Christmas gifts. One of the sets was damaged when it arrived and had to be returned. All three sets have rust on some of the knives after using them less than 2 months. Some of my set had rust on them after the first use. I only hand wash these knives. I asked my daughters if they have had any rust on their sets and they said theirs have rusted as well. Very disappointing.

Be careful they are very sharp. Takes up more counter space than my old set but I still love them.

Just like a lot of others, we opened the box and straight out of it, there were rust spots on several of the knives. Not what you hope for on knives of this caliber. Pay too much money for that to happen. The good ones work great so that’s the good part but still…. You pay for all of them not most of them.
