I have a question what to do when Homeric AP-25 carbon pre filter light started blinking. Can you wash the filter or replace it and once replaced how to turn light off. Mine been purchased two month ago,09\26\2020.

|Thank you for your question. The pre-filter should be vacuumed once a month and replaced every 3 months. It is not washable and should not get wet. Once the Carbon Odor Filter has been replaced, press and hold the Replace Carbon Odor Filter Button for 3-seconds to reset the indicator.

I have 2 dogs and 6 cats and live in the dusty, dry country. I'm also asthmatic. I am amazed how much this purifier works at collecting hair and dust. What a difference it has made in the bedroom.

I thought I had purchased the correct filter for my unit but I was wrong. Fortunately I was able to cut the filter and make it work.
