It does not heat the water but maintains the temperature of the water you put in for at least 20 minutes that I know of. The bubbles are soothing along with adding scented epsom salts. My feet felt better and looked exceptionally clean too. I recommend this product.
In the product details, it said the it was able to heat the water and maintain the temperature. It does not heat the water, and only maintains temperature for a few minutes. If you're looking for quality, I'd spend the few extra bucks on nicer one.

The water came out the bottom. What’s the point if the water will leak through the bottom?

this is waste of money, it does NOT warm up the water and even if you put warm water on it wont keep it warm. i am going to return it today. waste of time and money
This is a nice foot spa/ bath that is very relaxing to use. You'll need to add you own comfortably warm water to it first but the instructions state not to add anything like epsom salts, foot soap powder , etc to this product. If you want to use those find a bucket that will fit your feet.

The product does not heat the water !!! I used a kettle to heat up the water, the product did not keep the water warm/hot for long.

Too disappointed I got this because it states that heats the water and also says jave two speeds settings and keeps water warm. But not true at all. Now i have to return it. It is not Oakey people doing delivery and then we have to make returns just because there is misleading information in the description. Please make the information right at least

The little jets feel amazing on my feet, I was pleasantly surprised by the power of the bubbles. The downside is that this thing is louder than my vacuum, and the heating mechanism that is supposed to maintain the water temperature not only doesn't work, it has the opposite effect. I used water that was almost too hot to put my feet into, but within five minutes it was cold. The water that was circulating out of the jets was coming out ice cold. It was a weird sensation to have my feet immersed in quite warm water but feeling it come out so cold through the jets. Needless to say, it cooled off very fast. I had to stop at the ten minute mark because even though the bubbles felt great on my feet, it was just way too cold. There is definitely something wrong with the mechanism that is supposed to maintain the water temperature.
