It does not heat the water but maintains the temperature of the water you put in for at least 20 minutes that I know of. The bubbles are soothing along with adding scented epsom salts. My feet felt better and looked exceptionally clean too. I recommend this product.
In the product details, it said the it was able to heat the water and maintain the temperature. It does not heat the water, and only maintains temperature for a few minutes. If you're looking for quality, I'd spend the few extra bucks on nicer one.

Falsely advertises that it heats up. But it does not. I never would have purchased if I knew that.
I ordered this in March 2022. It actually stopped working months ago now, but I just dug it out again to do some tests to see if I could figure out getting it working again. No such luck. I had tried to return or exchange it to Bed Bath and Beyond when it initially stopped working but they said it was too far past the return date. I honestly don't think I'd used it 10 times before it stopped working. The day it wouldnt turn on I was treating my 7 year old to a mini home spa day. She was pretty disappointed it didn't work anymore.

The water came out the bottom. What’s the point if the water will leak through the bottom?
this is waste of money, it does NOT warm up the water and even if you put warm water on it wont keep it warm. i am going to return it today. waste of time and money

This is a nice foot spa/ bath that is very relaxing to use. You'll need to add you own comfortably warm water to it first but the instructions state not to add anything like epsom salts, foot soap powder , etc to this product. If you want to use those find a bucket that will fit your feet.
The product does not heat the water !!! I used a kettle to heat up the water, the product did not keep the water warm/hot for long.
Just a friendly reminder, doesn’t do any better than a hot bath to your feet
Too disappointed I got this because it states that heats the water and also says jave two speeds settings and keeps water warm. But not true at all. Now i have to return it. It is not Oakey people doing delivery and then we have to make returns just because there is misleading information in the description. Please make the information right at least
