Have used the massage selection on several long drives and it has done an excellent job in both the passenger and driver seat. One does have to make sure they are positioned before starting to drive as the bottom will move as you get into your seat; might try putting a rubber-type mat on the car seat under the cushion to see if it holds it in place better. Do have to really push the button hard to get it started but have overall really enjoyed the comfort it gives to my low back while driving and as a passenger. Have also used it in a living room chair while watching TV. Love the fact that it can be plugged into either an electrical outlet or a "cigarette" outlet in the car. Because of the seat bottom movement and that you have to "find" the on bottom and push it hard, I give it a 4+.
I did not like this. Very loud but doesn't massage well at all and heat is even worse. Had to return it.

You get no heat and you can not return to bed bath and beyond because it costs more to ship it back .
The massage portion of this product was good. The heat would not work. I did not send it back as it was a gift and I had a deadline on getting the gift to someone.
a little bit smaller than the last one we bought, but works well. I'm a little leery of the switches on the seat. What can we do if/when they break?, replace the whole unit, not just the cord. We'll see how long it lasts...

I picked up this item yesterday, and used it for the first time. I absolutely love it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a driving job that requires me to sit for long periods at a time. Some days I’m on the road driving for 5 plus hours. This portable massage cushion has been such a relief! I am no longer in pain while sitting all day driving for work. The vibration and heat is a great feeling! I can literally feel the difference from when I did not have this item. I really enjoy the various controls and I found it to be super simple to use. This is one product that will get many uses from me! I highly recommend it!
