HoMedics® Pro Therapy Vibration Neck Massager with Soothing in Black

This is a great product and it is reasonably priced.

Had it for less than 2 weeks, used it less than 10 times. Does not work at all now.

The massager works well enough, but when you plug it in to use the heat button, the whole thing shuts off after just a few seconds. I would return it, but I threw out the box.

This is a great neck massager! Some things to know . . .1. read the manual! It clearly says the heat only works while plugged in, which make sense since 4 AA batteries would not be strong enough to power the heat mechanism. 2. This is not a shiatsu deep tissue massage. This is a vibrating massager. Medical professionals recommend this type of massage to aid with muscle spasms but it's not an instant fix. It's a therapeutic "aid". A muscle can only handle massage for about 15 minutes in the same spot without causing more problems which is why it, and other automatic massagers, turn off after 15 minutes. Read the manual before complaining about the device. Also, I use it while sitting on the couch or recliner and rest my head back which holds it in place perfectly. If I'm at my desk at work, I'll put one arm through the loops to hold it snug for the short 15 min massage. Again, this device does exactly what it claims. PS. . . don't give a product a bad review because of shipping issues caused by the store that carries it! You bought this from BBB, not directly from HoMedics.

A really nice item, well made, and massages and heats up just perfectly. I love the two speeds of massaging, and I love that it has an automatic shutoff at 15 minutes. This was just what I needed and is very therapeutic for me.

Works as described but the vibration could be a little stronger on the high setting.

This product arrived very late. It has a charging port but no cord was provided in which to charge it. I used four batteries in order to turn it on and then the heat system does not work on this product. I was very disappointed to wait for something for so long and for it not to have everything in the box and for it not to work.. I have to find a way to contact Harmon to let them know I need an exchange for this product.

This is a nice device, but in order to get much of a massage , it is necessary to pull on the side tabs to put pressure on the back of the neck. There is a Hi and Lo option, and I definitely put it on Hi each time I use it. The heat is definitely nice.
