I have terrible plantar fasciitis with painful high arches. I was debating between this foot massager and the calf/foot massaging combo unit. The calf/ foot massaging unit was a little more gentle I felt and was not digging into my feet as much as I would like. This Shiatsu Air 2.0 with heat is perfect for me. It can get a little rough so I start out on the lowest setting and when I feet loosen up I am able to raise the intensity. My feet felt better the next day at work and I truly believe it was because I used this the night before! I love it!
Extremely disappointed in the function for heel relief. Works great everywhere else but our heels take the brunt of our weight and I was hoping for some side air pressure.

This massager has been so great for the whole family. Kids are dancers and athletes so we have already got a lot of use out of it. Very relaxing. Feels like hands are massaging your feet and with three pressure settings we get the massage we need.

bought this and it was working fine for couple of months. but now i dont feel the heat and the somehow its not working well. i dont feel the pressure points at all. and now i cant return it as well!!!

I got one as a Mother’s Day gift, after a week the compression setting stopped working. Okay e brought it back and got a new one. Plug it in and This one only the compression setting works…. Hopefully third times a charm otherwise i give up

This thing will feel like it’s snapping your toes and poking at them while utterly failing at its mission: massaging the arches. I’m taking this back and going somewhere else to get something else since the only other foot massagers BBB has are even more expensive than this. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste $160.

I researched many foot massagers before I purchased the Shiatsu Air 2.0. I’m a nurse and on my feet constantly. This helps release my tight muscles. My daughter and son use it also. Worth the money!!
