Didn't think it would do much, but it really worked!!!! My working feet loved it. Need to wear socks when using it.
The space between the balls on the outer rotating head was uncomfortable. After only a minute or two of use, I had to stop due to the pain. You are much better off spending the $50 on the Pro version with the dual rotating heads. (There is a reason it averages four stars.)

great massager/great travel size, but older models had more speeds and more heat

I have Planter Fasciitis in one foot and the rotation of the disks relax the muscles in my foot relieving the pain. It also helps with the soreness in my other foot. I would definitely recommend this if you don't want to get something really expensive.

I bought the product second hand.I walk during my work shift on average 4.6 miles. Did not think it was i would use often, but let me say with socks on i spend about 10-20 minutes a day using my new best friend and my feet love it!

I love my foot massager . Without it I would be in pain. I come home from a long day and use this and the pain goes away. I love this machine feels so good with the heat and rotation. If I ever needed another one I would buy it again over and over

Have used this Hot/Cold massage unit for a few years and it is a work horse! It is the first therapeutic device I have used that really helps with my neuropathy!

I've tried a lot of things this is so easy you turn it on not a warm up put your feet on it anytime you want and it massages so well that you can have your feet back to normal within an hour love it

My friend had one & let me barrow it, after 1 week with her's, I got my own! I have soooo many knots on my feet, this has helped tremendously! Positive "side effect" that I'm over the moon about: it has solved my sleepless nights! I use this every night for about 20 minutes & since day one I have been sleeping amazing! The points this hits in my feet have helped me sleep. I go to an acupuncturist & he told me the areas to concentrate on... & yep, it's amazing! I really dig my feet into this hard & it had no problem taking it. Good quality & for the price, absolutely worth it! I'm getting a few more as gifts for friends & family.
