[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the HoMedics - Shiatsu + Kneading & Vibration Massage Cushion with Heat to use while driving. We live over one hundred miles from our families and travel frequently. This is a great relief to back pain (both have sever arthritis in our back). Now we just need to get a second unit so we can each have one!
I received this as an online order. When I opened it, it appeared that it was opened before with the box being damaged and stickers on the box. So it appears that I got a returned product. I tried to call customer service and they weren’t able to help me… disappointed that I paid for a new product and received a returned one…

Because this is a relatively inexpensive item, I wasn't expecting much, but this massager cushion fooled me. It packs a pretty good punch! I just got it today, but I think I made a great choice. The massage on my lower back (SI Joint) reminds me of the massage I used to get from the PT. The upper back with the heat on is really relaxing. Really happy with this massager!
No Massage in Seat; not clear what is meant by 3 speed.
It is everything we hoped it to be! We down sized to full time RVing and gave up our message chair. This has been a perfect solution.
