I’m waiting on the replacement and it is frustrating because this was a gift to my 88 year old neighbor and it didn’t work. I haven’t heard anything in last week or receive the replacement.
Works satisfactorily except there’s practically no heat.
Title says it all. Don't know if I got a defective one, but I didn't think it was worth trying again.

massager was fine, no heat though?
HoMedics has great products and we own several. That's why this new model with easy fold ability seemed great and purchased several for gifts. One arrived rattling and sounded like it would combust when plugged in. The other one we opened was fine, however, it really is just vibration. Barely noticeable heat. However, the fold function is great. If vibration is fine for you it will be great. However, if you prefer more of a massage, choose one of their other models Disappointed and returning all four.
