I purchased 2 of these for my kids to have when we travel to dry climates. Worked perfect on the first trip. On the next one both of them wouldn’t work Waste of money
I would love to move this room to room but mine make a mist puddle so it has to stay near the sink in the kitchen. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a way to adjust the mist flow?

If want something that's last a year go ahead and buy this.
This is my second unit. The first one died after about 20 months. I use pure filtered water and wiped out the nozzle faithfully, but it didn't last 2 years. Even after changing the filter regularly. It is a fussy thing because you have to wipe out the outside of the nozzle and then somehow wipe out the interior of it as well every day. The outside part is tough to get at, but the inside is almost impossible. They say to use a soft damp cloth - but nothing will fit inside that small channel that the filter fits it. Not a total deal breaker, but just know that you can't "set it and forget it". For the price it is so quiet and efficient with great output of moisture that is truly a mist that won't puddle on your furniture. I'll probably buy another one when this one dies (if they are still making them ;-) by then).

My humidifier had been working fine for just one year before all of sudden it stopped turning on. I checked everything. The power adapter was properly connected and the cord was firmly inserted into the base of the unit. Still the unit seems pretty dead. Very disappointed.

I have 2 Ho Medics Dual 2 gallon top fill tank Machines. Both STOPPED working... It is very difficult to find a number for an answer.

This only worked for about a week. Stopped working, the power light turns on and the machine makes a high pitched noise but nothing happens. The size is perfect for a nightstand…but the machine itself does not work

I bought this because of the small size and wanted it for my desktop. It works great, and is on to its second year -- winter only -- with no problems. I recommend using it with filtered water. I'm going to order a second one.
