I knew I needed a new board for a while. I am so happy with this. Ironing is fun again. The only thing I would say is that it is very long. The metal Iron holder does not fold down. If you have a small space keep that in mind.

When this item arrived I took it out of the box and I didn't at first realize the board was plastic until I removed the cover that came with it to add in my thick cotton pad and thick felt. I have given it a try and I am not going to have a plastic ironing board
