Humble Crew Rectangular Storage Fabric Ottoman Bench in Grey

Purchased this in April of 2021. In December of 2021 one of the legs came detached from the base. Of note, we were not sitting on the ottoman or putting anything estraordinarily heavy on it. When I went to see if I could fix it, I realized the base of this ottoman is a weak manufactured wood. It snapped so there was no way to replace the legs to the ottoman unless I replaced the bottom. So silly. Trying to contact customer service for a replacement was miserable. So I'm here to warn you against this ottoman - not worth the price since it'll last for less than a year.

The color is med. gray very nice looking and well made. We use it as a foot rest and table for remotes etc. Was delivered on time, actually a day early.

When buying an ottoman, I look for function and comfort. For function, I would give it 4 stars. It has storage space for small items, and could easily fit kids toys if you are looking for a space to store unsightly toys! For comfort, I would also give it 4 stars. It is comfortable enough to sit on and large enough that it fits an adult comfortably. Where is loses points is in assembly. The legs required some effort to determine how to position them, and we ended up re-positioning one of the legs on the metal plate it came affixed to in order to ensure that it was angled at the correct direction once assembled.

Super cute and easy to put together but much smaller than expected

This piece is sturdy and assembly was a breeze. The hinged top is super functional and operates without issue, legs seem sturdy to hold whatever items are placed in the storage area. It is also an attractive piece! We love the modern design and the shade of gray. Seems like a quality product that will last for years to come.

I am so happy with my purchase! My husband and I are so impressed with how well it is constructed and how sturdy it is. There is also adequate space in the storage part of the ottoman. One downfall for us was the packaging. The legs got damaged being packed with the iron hardware but other than that, no complaints!

Well built, durable, fashionable and easy to put together! It dosent get much better than this! Plenty of storage and it dosent seem flimsy! It goes great with the decor in my home and it is just like it looked in the photos. Many times you order something online and it is smaller or different than when you get it home and put together. That is NOT the case here! I will for sure be buying another!
