The remote is small and slick. Don’t let your husband throw it away with the box!.... just saying. Hunter customer care were FABULOUS and got me one in the mail in a matter of 2 days!! THANK YOU

We have a covered outside patio that had an existing fan. The fan was wobbling and while it provided some cooling, it did not allow us to sit out there on hot nights. We bought this Hunter Cedar fan because it was rated indoor/outdoor, provided multiple speed and lighting settings and had a built in wireless remote. Wow! I am sorry we waited so long! My husband and nephew installed it based on the very easy to follow instructions. No wobbling! Great speed! We can now sit outdoors all the time! Lighting is excellent. The wireless makes it so easy to adjust speed. Since we are in the midst of summer, we don't need to change updraft/downdraft. But that is so easy to do with the remote. Great product, it looks great. It is very well made. I highly, highly recommend it.
