So far so good. The fan itself is quiet but I could live without the loud beep when you turn on/off the light or fan.
The fan itself is easy to install, and runs beautifully... but the installation manual is missing one vital piece of information. When the fan is switched on there is a 10-second delay before it starts to rotate. After two very longs calls with tech support, and being sent a replacement unit, it turns out that this is expected behavior with this model! One short sentence in the installation guide would have saved a lot of grief!

I’ve had this over a year and still going strong. Quiet and no wobble. Unlike Hampton Bay fans.

I bought 3 fans less than 3 years ago. All have failed. The blades can't be properly tightened and it seems mess up the motor. Sounds like a loud grinding noise. Hunter fans used to be known for their quality but not anymore. Don't waste your time

This is a great fan! So quiet. Didn't like the low light but after speaking with support, we were able to make it nice and bright by holding the up/down (dimmer) buttons while the light was on. If you like the dimmer option, this will not work for you.

Replaced a older hunter fan that stopped working with this Chauncey fan. The new fan is made noticeably cheaper. The fan takes over one minute to start turning once it is turned on.

We like this fan, and think it operates quietly and looks attractive. It's purportedly very energy efficient, and provides excellent air circulation. The remote control is fussy, or the fan is "laggy" or both. It takes 4 or 5 seconds before the fan turns on, and it initially starts backwards for a moment, then it speeds up fairly high until it settles in on the speed desired. Since we mainly use it on one speed, it's not really an issue, but it's still annoying. So we like the fan, but adjusting it is somewhat of a hassle.

The Chauncey installed easily, very quiet, and looks great. I’ve been so disappointed in past ceiling fan purchases -Just so noisy! So I was relieved when we turned this one on - Just so quiet!

Second Hunter fan, love the remote control! Remote runs fan and light, runs whisper quiet. Is great for our low ceiling. We installed ourselves, very happy with fan.
