[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am reviewing this fan for an incentive. It took my husband and I about three hours to install. The instruction booklet was easy to follow, however, the parts could have been labeled. There is a parts list and a picture of the parts, but the plastic bags that the parts are in were not labeled as to what they were. It would have been easier with the name or a letter telling you what part you needed instead of trying to figure out if you had the right screw or not. The fan looks really nice, and runs quiet. We are very pleased with the results!
I just purchased 6 Donegan fans and had them professionally installed in a new home. They are not nearly the same quality as the hunter fans I have in my home that are ten years old. They all have a high pitched whine, one fan had such a loud noise the electrician took it down and worked on it for a while but it still is even noisier than the others, so I think that fan should not have passed quality control even for this low quality design. To make it worse, when on the highest setting all the fans barely move any air, and the light fixture shimmies. I purchased hunter fans because my old ones are great. These new fans are junk

Good build quality and was easy to install. Sadly the fan has one major design flaw with the motor housing set screws. Once installed they are completely visible and make the fan look cheap. This not visible on any the hunters website photos.

My daughter and I just finished installing the new fan so can't say anything about the lifetime usage but the packaging, instructions and design for installation were very good. Good thing too since neither of us had any experience and had only the basic of tools. We took our time, checked everything twice and succeeded on the first effort.

Nice fan, but the instructions had you doing quite a bit on the ladder with you hands above you working. After doing the first fan per instructions, I elected to set everything up on the ground and then raise the entire unit into place.

The fan is beautiful. It lights up the room nicely and really moves the air. We are very happy with it and are happy to give it our highest recommendation.

Very nice fan. Very quiet and smooth running. Easy install. Only small disappointment was the speed on high. Wasn’t as fast as some other fans we have. I guess you need to add research of the rpm’s also. I guess I didn’t realize fans are so different. It still cools pretty good. And the fan looks great with the decor.

We thought this light (in the all-white design) looked great on the website and I am happy to say it looks even better in person. Although we opted for all-white and have the blades with the pure white side down, the fan is still somehow eye catching - maybe it's the beautiful frosted glass light fixtures, or maybe it's the eye-catching design of the motor housing. Either way, the fans are beautiful. Equally important, they work wonderfully - super quiet and with great airflow - and the light fixtures really brighten a room.

This is an attractive and efficient fan. We are remodeling the Master Bedroom and wanted to replace our 25 year old Hunter Fan with a new style. This looks great with our pale gray walls. It is quiet and does NOT wobble. Great airflow and nice lighting.
