The Romulus 60 inch fan is working out well. I am very happy with the fan function. It was easy to install, runs quiet and does a good job cooling our high ceiling great room area. The only reason I do not rate it a 5 is the lack of brightness from the LED light fixture. This is the main source of light for the room. Our old fan had a light fixture utilizing 4 daylight LED 9W bulbs and this only has the equivalent of 2 LED soft white bulbs at best. I would be very interested if you offered a way to replace the existing LED assembly piece with a brighter option. The look is great, but not the brightness. Otherwise, I'm really happy with the purchase.
The fan is good looking and the light is quite bright. The installation was a nightmare. This is not the first time we've installed a ceiling fan, in fact this is #8. The instructions were only somewhat helpful. All of the fasteners were too short and blunt ended which made getting them started in the hole difficult. Installing the fan blades was quite a challenge. Overall it took 6 hours to install it and this was a replacement, not an original installation.

Excellent, quiet, and stylish fan for our family room. Very pleased with the speed. Fast to cool the room and on slow enough to move the air when you do not need much breeze.

Great fan. Perfect for our kitchen living room area. Bought to help bring down hot air when running our wood stove. It really makes a difference in the hot weather, too, though. Running in reverse, just to keep air moving without a noticeable draft. Control via phone, with the app, and with HomeKit is flawless. I do wish the light were a little brighter, but I’ve set it to turn the light on when we get home after dark, and it is perfect for that.

A bit louder than I was hoping for. The motor sound also cycles about once per second. A constant hum would be preferable to a cyclic sound. Light buzzes when dimmed, just turned off the dimming feature to avoid that. HomeKit integration is great. Only hiccup is when trying to create an automation to turn off the fan, while the fan is running. The fan is removed from the automation, instead of staying as a command to turn off… not sure if that’s Apple or Hunter related.

I bought this to replace my old Hunter fan, which is hung from our 22’ vaulted ceiling. I rented a 30’ man lift, spent a day building a ramp to get the lift into my house, and proudly installed my new HomeKit enabled, SureSpeed guaranteed, top-of-the-line Hunter fan. I paired the remote and connected to the van via HomeKit… the light controls worked, but when I tried to turn on the fan, it spins forward for a moment, tries to spin backwards, then just stops. Nothing I’ve tried can make this defective piece of junk work. Hunter customer service is closed today (Sunday) and none of the online help is actually helpful. To top it off, the HomeKit integration is sub-par and the installation manual is missing sections. Now I’m off to the store to buy anything that is NOT a Hunter product.

The unit has internal issues that cause the light and fan to operate together when it should be independent of one another. The hunter app for the fan doesn't work either. The fan is easy to install and provides a nice breeze though.

The fan is quite and moves a lot of air. I am VERY Disappointed with the light and will be returning the fan because the light is awful and does not produce enough light!!!!
