I am only giving four stars because Nespresso sends me recycling bags so I can return the aluminum capsules. You need to do the same!!

One star for service. Yes I live in Hawaii and I expect longer delivery time and a higher cost. I placed my order and received tracking on August 2nd. It’s august 19 and my delivery date is September 5. Tracking shows it’s been in California for the past week. Finally customer service informs me that it coming by boat( via China: facetious).
