illy® Intenso Coffee Espresso Capsules 10-Count

For Nespresso pod usage, Illy is simply the standard. Consistent good quality grounds and good packaging. Would like to see Illy have an alternative biodegradable capsule as an option.

I buy the Intenso roast for my Krups Espresso machine. I just bought a Nespresso and bought the Intenso roast capsules for it. The roast is delicious and I find it easy on my stomach.

Illy is my favorite coffee but your capsules just don’t compare to your ground espresso made from a traditional espresso machine. This is also much more expensive and I was happy to pay if it tasted the illy I’m accustomed but it’s just not reaching the mark. Disappointed.

We are serious espresso drinkers from Milano and we are big fans of Illy every morning. Ordering refills every month is a breeze and we use it in our Nespresso machine. Whenever we have had to contact customer service, they have been great. Our two suggestions are: 1) Implementing a recycling program for the used capsules and 2) reducing costs by using lower quality package. Don't take me wrong, the silver boxes are beautiful but I would rather save money with recyclable, lower-cost packaging.

Impulsively picked up a package of pods at eatily for my Nespresso and absolutely loved the flavor! So I bought a bunch more from the website! Delicious flavor. Smooth and rich. Not bitter or burnt. Perfect for my daily cappuccino. Superior to the other pods I’ve tried. The pods ive been using for years sit in the drawer as i find myself opting for the Illy every time! Buy some and enjoy!!

I wish we could get the arabica coffee in the lungo for Nespresso capsules. Do you carry coffee from Kenya? Blends with Kenya and Colombian coffee.

All three boxes received were already past their Best Before date. I love this coffee and recommend it, but for the price plus shipping to Hawaii (not eligible for free) I don’t recommend buying online from BBB. When my local store doesn’t have it in stock, I will shop elsewhere.

While I very much like this Illy espresso, all 6 of the boxes I received from BB&B were past their Best By date. Additionally, the boxes of pods (which are constructed of very thin cardboard) were shipped unprotected in a plastic mailing envelope and all arrived damaged. So, in hopes of rectifying the matter, I traveled to the store nearest me, which I first called to confirm had replacement stock. However, when there, I was only able to exchange 2 of the 6 boxes purchased online because only 2 of the same Illy 10-packs available off the shelf were not passed their Best By date.
