heat time is high and reduces any frizz to hair. Leaves hair shiny!
I was hoping this brush would smooth my long, thick hair. It did not. The brush gets extremely hot, even on lower settings. It's impossible to get the brush close enough to your scalp to smooth hair and It's very difficult to get your hair to stay in the brush as you pull the brush through your hair. The directions suggest holding one end of your hair taunt as you pull the brush, this resulted in me burning my fingers! Beware, the little prongs are VERY hot and it's hard to handle the brush without touching them at some point. Perhaps a brush with a curve design instead of flat might work a little better. I'm returning this item on my next trip to Bed Bath. The price was great, if it worked.

I bought this for myself for my birthday. I love it. I usually have big poofy frizzy hair. This solved all my problems! It doesn’t get too hot so I could almost literally hold it against my scalp. Amazing. 10/10 great buy!!

This a great option have on hand if you want to keep volume while stretching your hair. This is also great option, if time is not on your side. It didn't take long for me get my hair from curly to stretched (maybe 20 min). Like the the 3 heat settings and the tool us not got to the touch. The cons: this does not get close to the root, so if you looking for a super sleek straight look this will not work if starting out with curly hair.
