As many moms, I did a lot of search online to find the perfect chair for my baby. I was looking for something practical not too bulky and nice looking to fit in my dining room. After reading the reviews I really hesitated and wasn't sure if the chair will work. I'm glad I bought it and I don't really understand the bad reviews. The chair is beautiful, safe and very comfortable. The seat cover and tray are also very easy to clean, maybe the only minor issue for me is the tray that is a little bit harder to put in compare to other brands, but after a while you get used to it.

I contacted k2web and they are no help at all ! I told them I need a new chair before I send this one back they told me i have to destroy the chair before they will give me any credit to get a new one the tray is a safety concern for me because it doesn’t always clip on well I feel like I have to sit right next to him to make sure he’s safe ! Bad company

I opened up my “brand new” high chair only to see that it was used. There were scratches on the tray and food particles. I’m returning this and looking into another brand.

This thing does not move! The wheels suck for the price. I’m going to get rid of it to buy a cheaper one that the wheels work. We just need to move the high chair maybe three feet and we have to pick it up to move it without baby in it!! Everything else seems very durable. Only other issue this doesn’t adjust.

I purchased this online and was not impressed with the quality of the materials considering it is one of the more expensive options. The harness then fell apart after two weeks of use. Thankfully Buy Buy Baby took it back as a return at the store and I purchased another brand.

This chair is supposed to be dishwasher safe but after some use mine has cracked the removable tray topper. I can't seem to find where I can get a replacement.

We first bought this chair for our now 23 month old son. It has stood up to all he has been able to dish out so far and still holds up extremely well. He has beat the heck out of it and it barely looks worn. We are now also using it for our 6 month old. This has been well worth the investment for the quality of goods. The only feed back I have on it is with the design. I would have loved to have seen a hook or some other mechanism designed to hold the tray. When you take the tray off the chair to buckle your child in the seat you have to find a place to put the tray down which can be a little cumbersome. I've dropped the tray on the floor more than a couple of times when trying to buckle a wiggling child into the seat.
