It is so cute and pretty and my infant seems to love it. It is very soft and easy to clean. Its portable and compact, which was a must for living in a city home where we don't have that much room to move.
My two month old’s neck is not supported w this swing. The description says it is ok, but there is only one setting and his chin was on his chest - even more so w the pillow that is included.

Long story short, after all of 3 (THREE USES) on the fourth time using it, the music played but the swing stopped working. We replaced the batteries several times and we thought it was us. It just stopped working and it was super inconvenient!

The straps are removable. At first I didn’t think they were but you can remove them so you can adjust the straps position. It’s hard at first, you have to squeeze and wiggle the straps out. DO NOT cut the sew part. If this swing had a better way to adjust the straps it would have gotten 5 stars.

I got this as a baby shower gift and after opening the box and getting all the major parts put together I realized it’s completely missing part 12 which is the toy bar. I have been completely disappointed with this and hate I still have not heard anything back on this issue of getting that replacement part. I wish there was a better way to purchase replacement parts when things are missing! Definitely still wanting to get this missing part so my swing is actually a complete swing. It would be nice for this to happen before our baby arrives!!

Both of my kids loved this swing over the mamaroo. Reading these reviews, not sure if I got a good one or what but having 2 kids 15 months apart, I still have yet to change the batteries and we use it often! I love that it easily folds up and is portable. Perfect because you can put it anywhere in the house that you are and not have to worry about a long enough cord. Both children were preemies and we never had an issue with strap sizing.

Poor quality control, the back has places to raise or lower the harness straps, but they’re sewn on so you can’t adjust them. The dangling toys are also sewn on backwards. The baby can’t see the faces of the toys. It is easy to move around the house.
