We loved this mat for our daughter - she loves it too. However, we washed it after she spit up on it a few times during play and all the stuffing bunched in one blob and now it’s not useable. The whole thing is flat and then there’s a lump on one side rendering it useless for comfort or rolling. Disappointed.

i loved the look of this but after one wash as per instructions the entire insides bunched up. so it's not practical at all with a baby. such a shame

I ordered the play mat and at first we enjoyed it. After I washed it , we use it only twise (it says that it can be washed) the inner fabric of the was completely destroyed and it cannot be used at all! So disappointed!

My money was taken out and I received a cancellation email. I want my merchandise still.

Like the other reviews, I washed this product exactly per the instructions, and it was immediately ruined. Super disappointing as the price is not cheap, but the quality is so poor. I tried calling the number provided for the other reviews and nobody answered the phone each time I called. So disappointed about this and sad for my friend who wasted money gifting it to us!

it's cute and all but i only used for two weeks when my baby spit up on it and i had to wash the mat cover. now all the fluff inside is in one big clump and so it's too lumpy to lay on. pretty expensive item to only be able to use for two weeks!

Washed the mat as per directions and if became all dis formed and bunched up in certain areas. Can’t even use it now, baby unable to lay comfortably. The manufacturer should really do something about it because it seems there are a lot of other reviews with the same issue

My baby loves the cute toys but the mat is poor quality. i washed it according to the instructions and it’s all dis formed and won’t lay flat. Not sure what to do about that.
