I just love this bouncer...and baby loves it too she not only bounces and reaches for the cute toys but she also naps in this chair...its super light so easy to go from room to room, it was also super easy to assemble.
I have 2 of these seats, one for my home and the other for grandmoms home. My baby is one month now and still unable to sit safely in seat. When she is in seat, her head tilts down causing her difficulties in Breathing because seat is too upright. On one occasion, I noticed her mouth and nose turned bluish while she was in the seat because it sat her too upright. I have to put something under the metal rim in front of seat to prop it back further for to be in seat safely. I will not put her in seat anymore due to the safety concerns I have. It’s terrible because two were gifts as I put this particular seat on my registry.

I waited to use this with my daughter bc I didn’t like the angle of her neck when she sat in it so I ended up waiting until she was a little bigger ( aka longer, about 2 months )and it’s been fine ever since . She’s actually 8 months now and we’re still able to use ( will b retiring it soon since she pretty much at the max weight of 20lbs ( she was 8.3 lbs when she was born)

I really loved the look of this bouncer as right now it is the only girliest one out there. I have the swing, I wanted a theme that matched. However, the bouncer literally lays flat and does not go at an angle like shown in the pictures. It would be fine during the newborn stage but not after.

This chair been giving us trouble the whole six months we have gotten it. Vibrate never worked and music only worked on high. But we could not return it as it was opened and we didn’t return it within 30 days. Last month the seat got hot from the batteries being so hot (they were not leaking or had an corrosion on them) and so I threw it out. Would not recommend this chair to anyone.

Not to hard to put together.. I won’t be able to use it until next month but now after reading some reviews I’m a bit worried.. The item is extremely flimsy.. Doesn’t seem like great support but again we’ll see.. I will comment on shipping & delivery tho.. Absolutely terrible!!!! I’m still waiting for more items to come in!! Getting harder & harder to shop or even recommend BuyBuy Baby!!

My sister bought this for my daughter. Her purchase is under different email than mine. This product does not rock automatically. It barely rocks when you push on it but then stops. When motor is on it does nothing but play music or sounds. Totally useless. Waste of money.. I would give zero stars if I could. Unfortunately was past return date when defect was discovered.

I ordered this item for a baby shower gift. Received it on Friday evening and the shower is tomorrow (Sunday). The outside box was damaged and when I opened it and the box for the bouncer was a disaster. I have uploaded pictures to show how terrible it looked. It was completely ripped open on one side and the box was ripped in multiple other spots. On one large section of the flat part of the box, the top layer of paper was completely ripped off exposing bare cardboard. There is absolutely no way that box was in good condition before it was packaged and sent to me. It couldn't have been damaged that bad inside another box. Someone had to have packaged it damaged. The worst part about this? It is virtually impossible to get someone to help you at BBB. There is no email address to send pictures of this item. When calling BBB, the automated system refers you online to start a return or exchange if your item is damaged. I am not sure I can even salvage this package to get it put back together to send back. And it doesn't make it better to do an return since I needed this item for a baby shower gift. I now don't have a gift for the shower!!!!!

I’m not a fan of this bouncer at all. It is super flimsy and cheap. Also, this is NOT for a baby who has no head control yet. Baby’s head will slide to the side as there’s no support here.
