I’ve been using this for 5 months now. I did a side by side test with my Instant Pot Duo. Compared all settings are quicker. I like how it shows the status progress, pressure locks automatically, handles on pot and steam guard. The upgraded pot is compatible to use on stove compared to previous models. I love it.
Didn't realize I could get a similar one at Costco for almost $40 less!

Bed Bath and Beyond had an excellent price on this 8qt Instant Pot Pro. I've been making chicken bone broth for a while in a very large pot on the stove top for a while. Usually it cooks for 8-10 hours which means I have to baby sit it for that long. I thought getting the Instant Pot Pressure Cooker, cooking time can be cut down to maybe 2-3 hours and it would have a same wonderful result. I was mistaken. I've loaded up the pressure cooker to a "proper" level programed it and the cycle started. 20 minutes into cooking there was a very offensive burning smell coming from the Instant Pot.Looked at the LED readout but it said nothing about anything burning. After done the pressure properly released, I removed the top part and came to realize the so called heat resistant seal burned.The smell permeated the whole house as well as the soup. The smell and the burned taste rendered the soup uneatable and had to be discarded. Needless to say I have returned this crap and I would never buy another one. I should mention, the Instant Pot as well as the Bath Bed and Beyond costumer service was very helpful in returning this "BURNER"
I’m returning it because it’s too big and heavy for one person.
This instant pot is amazing. Cuts down on cooking time and hassle and the result is consistently delicious!
Love that you can customize the temperature of some settings! Also has 5 buttons to store your favorites as presets!
LOVE-My old 8 qt Instant pot was so easy to use! Just 4. steps. 1. Put food in it. 2. Push pressure cooker/rice/ soup/ etc button. 3. Set number of minutes for cooking. (4) sit back relax & leave the cooking for IP. 😁 The new instant Pot works great— just so many different puzzling things to do to turn it on & no simple pushing buttons- you have to push difficult to see green on black start, turn knobs seems like a 1/2 dozen other things ( all different) before it starts cooking. The directions aren’t very good either. Thank good ness my hubby is smart & can figure it out🥰

Used this as soon as we got it. We luv it. Got on for my grand daughter toooo.
Good device but pre-heating is soooooo long ! Moreover, I figured out after a while that the outside has been damaged during the shipping
