I love the 9s Roomba but replacements need dates ·

Great upgrade from previous models. Definitely worth the price. No issues so far with operation and maintenance of 9s Roomba. Just one recommendation for the accessories, should provide suggestion to when to replace 9s parts/components. For example, filters should be replaced every 6 months or after 100 runs.

Ive had my roomba I9 since May1. Ive gone through 3 dark green rollers in the last 10 weeks. Yes i am doing the required maintenance according to your videos. The white end on the roller seems to get chewed up and it smells like it is overheating. The roomba sounds really loud. The light green roller has no issues. I am wasting money buying a set when l only need the dark green one. Please either make both rollers the same or let us buy just one color. Roomba is expensive and you should take care of your customers.

I absolutely love my Roombas. I could never get the books and crannies at the edge of the walls clean with any of my other vacuums or their attachments. In the past I would have to get down on my hands and knees with a wet rag and scrub the edge of the carpet where it meets the wall. I have 3 golden retrievers who shed a lot. I've tried different models of Miele, Hoover, and Dyson. None of clean the carpet as well as my Roomba. However, I had to take away a star because debris always gets caught underneath the Light Green Roller causing it to overheat and disintegrate. I have gone through 3 of the Light Green Rollers while the Dark Green Rollers are not showing any wear. Because of this I would recommend that the company make the replacement rollers available separately. I feel like I'm wasting money while acquiring a collection of prefecture good Dark Green Rollers. I highly recommend Roomba for pet owners. With 3 Goldens I would spend quite a bit of time vacuuming every day.

I replaced the original rollers after only about 4 months of usage and regular maintenance. They fell apart but held up longer than the replacements. I don't understand how these rollers fall apart this way. Definitely disappointed in how quick the replacements did.

Rips easily even with carpet strings that robot pulls apart From the carpet. It's been a month in replaced it and it's ripped again!! iRobot has to lower the prices or come up with a better product.. always the lighter green one rips, annoying!!
