Loved the braava iRobot, but my cleaning pad cracked and broke. I have messaged iRobot twice with no return message. I tried to call and was on hold for over 50 minutes with the automatic message of my wait time is over 30 minutes. I'd love to replace my cleaning pad, but don't want to pay $50 for it to crack and break again. Disappointed.

Agree with others. This is the second time the reservoir has cracked. Not sure why it's so flimsy and $50 to replace? Also the mop itself has never been that great - very slow moving. If you need a quick job it's better to do it yourself.

Just like the other reviewer stated, these reservoirs break all the time. Really poor quality plastic and clearly happens without any sort of impact besides as it slides on the floor. Based on the response from the company to the other reviewer, I called to see if Technical Support can help. So don't waste your time calling. They had absolutely nothing to offer besides "if it's under warranty, it would be replaced and if not, buy a new one". And this is only one of three issues I am having with it. Constant beeping on the cradle (advice from company: replace cradle). Stops working after 5 minutes of cleaning (advice from company: replace the cube and see if that helps). If I actually replace all these parts, it would cost more than a new one. I love the idea of these but am about to search for another brand. Really poor quality

We do guarantee our products with our Manufacturer's Guarantee and don't commonly see replacement so often. General care and use of approved cleaning solutions does prevent issues the reservoir pad. I love my Brava. I've had it for over 4 years and never had an issue before. Today I saw that the wick cap was lost so I went online to order a new reservoir. I found that I could just order the wick caps!. But I read so many reviews of people recently reporting cracks and leaks. I'm glad to say I've never had an issue, but I only fill the reservoir with water, no other solution added.

Love my Braava 380t...except for the wet cleaning. It works great for a time, but I've now replaced the wet pad THREE times at $50 a pop. The plastic reservoir doesn't hold up and cracks for whatever reason. I'm buying it one last time, then will have to look at other options, sadly. Reached out to the company with no response as well after second one broke. I love the product otherwise and it's held up well in all other areas.

I love all of my Irobot products but this was my 3rd purchase of this product to have the same issue of leaking. Will not buy again or recommend it to anyone.
Honestly. Why is the plastic for this pad so sensitive? It should be made to withstand bumping into furniture. That's it's job. If it wasn't $49.99, I wouldn't complain.

This water reservoir has a minor problem: water does not damp the cloth evenly, and the wick cap clogs easily. The water damping mechanism seems to have some room for improvement. Except for those problems, I am satisfied.
