I used to have a Scooba and a Braava and also own a Roomba. My favorite floor cleaner was the Scooba for it's scrubbing power but they discontinued it. This Jet comes second as I like that it sprays water and does a decent job scrubbing. I wished I could use cleaner inside the water tank like with the Scooba, but will sometimes just spray floor cleaner directly on dirtier areas of the floor. However, this is great for the overall clean and helps me keep my floors cleaner. I like the washable cloths too. Pros: easy to use, decent scrubbing compared to Braava, uses stream of water, can purchase reusable cloths, charges quickly and easily Cons: cannot use cleaner in water bin, water bin can be hard to fill quickly, cleans smaller floor areas so need to recharge in between if there is a lot of square footage
Since the battery is an individual item, small, removable and easy to charge and easy to replace - the company could sell extra batteries - but they are not available. Makes NO sense. This little machine would get 5 stars and will get 5 stars when the company makes extra batteries available for sale!

Work great for six months then died. Online with product support for two months to no avail. Have done everything that they've asked have done everything they've wanted yet I have a nonworking six month old brava jet.

It was great when it worked! Had it about a year and it now goes about a few inches and stops.

I was SO excited to receive my Braava Wet Jet. However, when I used it the first time, I was very disappointed. I guess because of its low profile, it gets stuck a lot. Also, I thought because of its small size that it would clean between my toilet and the wall, but it can’t figure that out and gets stuck. This one does not keep track of where it has cleaned (like my Roomba does) so when it “quits”, I don’t know where it cleaned and what’s left to clean unless I stand there and watch it. I got the reusable pads to reduce my carbon footprint, but did not buy the cleaning fluid (would be great if I could just use ammonia with water or some other basic cleaner). Therefore, I just use water and my floors aren’t really getting clean. Needless to say, this relatively expensive product spends more time on a shelf than it does on my floors.
Recommended by wirecutter. I like that it's not connected to the internet. It's a pretty naive in the pattern it runs, but it does a good job cleaning up after the drips of fruit juice and god knows what left under a toddler's table seat, both with the in-box disposable pads and the reusable blue pads. This most recent time it unstuck a bit of grit from the floor as well (3 or 4 grains of basmati rice -- not enough for me to think anything was doing a bad job), so it's either unsticking or picking up after the vacuum. I'm not into a "vacuum - mop - vacuum" pattern, but it would have been effective. The "virtual wall" functionality on the device took me a couple tries to understand, but it also helps limit the area that gets mopped. I've only used water in the machine. The mop arrived from BBB shipping in what looked like actually new condition -- all the random pieces like "how to" guide were attached, and there was thin tape across each of the surfaces. (We also bought a vacuum that once opened had clearly been a return -- we kept it -- and a virtual wall for the vacuum that was also a return -- possibly a knock off because the box looked retrieved from someone's trash, we returned it.) The BBB prices can't be beat right now as they work hard to show *something* on their balance sheet, but used-as-new seems to be the path to not having horrible margins but losing 20% over list.
This is perfect for a bathroom. .. But in my kitchen, I have to refill it with water repeatedly. The battery doesn’t last long, so I bought a second one. I have medium dark floors, and it leaves marks. Hoping it’s not damaging my floors. LOVE their other products, this was not the time saver I had hoped for.
The great thing about Braava is that it is superb cute. BUT It stopped functioning after a week. The rubber on the wheel dropped off. And then the entire cycle was out of order. It is true Braava is too small for large space like any living room. It worked only 1,5 hour max for the first time. The second time it worked only few minutes and it turned off. Didn't figure why. More issues showed up and it became nightmare. Since December 2021 I am calling every second week the customer service for instructions and return label. Currently I reached the priority level and my case should be resolved as soon as possible. Since December I am still waiting for instructions...but no respond, no return label, no money back, no working Braava. Just angry. Our household has old model of iRobot 6... it's been four years since we bought it and it is still working. We decided update the model and purchased iRobot i3 with Braava together. It feels like a big mistake. iRobot i3 is somehow good coworker but compared to our old model is just not what I was excepting. It has better suction, better dumpster container, but worse wheels, hanging on pieces of furniture, crashed, and it is still kind of loudly. I always recommend this company, because we were so happy with our old model. Now, I don't recommend this company anymore. I am pretty sure that any other robot is better then the new iRobot models. And the customer service is really really bad. Calling them every second week and listening the same dialogue is frustrating.

I was really excited to get our new “little helper” and purchased all the recommended items as well - but unfortunately our floor is a of a dark wood, Mahagoni style and the robot does not recognize it as safe - so it stops cleaning after two attempts and stop working all together! No resetting helps - customer support said: yes it is not working on dark floor - it is what it is! I checked again all the descriptions and recommendations - they say nothing about not working on a dark floor! I am confused what to do now - am i the only one with a dark floor? They should definitely put a warning on that product - because it is obviously not designed for people like us.
