These bags are not cheap and it seems to me not cost effective if you use them like they want you to. However, I found a little life hack where I take a separate shop vac to suck all the stuff out of the bag. So far I've done this only once and I hope to use this method more than 20 times to safe money and waste.
I love the auto emptying dust bin, but due to mold avoidance I would like to see a HEPA filter on the clean base. I also vacuum with my Miele vacuum which uses a true HEPA sealed system and is incredible for mold issues.

The High Efficiency filters and bags for your Roomba offer the equivalent of "HEPA" rated products, while respecting "HEPA" branding as we haven't partnered with this brand. I originally wrote a bad review. After speaking with customer service I must say their callback time was better than expected. Also the customer service representative was quite helpful and resolved the wrong product sent issue immediately. iRobot customer service went above and beyond my expectations. I Highly Recommend iRobot.

For the price I would expect better shipping care. The box arrived all crushed and ripped. I am glad it was nothing fragile inside. The filters were in a poor shape as well.

I ordered and PAID for 3 containers that had 3 bags in them. I only received 1pack of 3. I have sent several emails and get the response they will answer within 48 hours. I haven't received anything else. I want my other 2 containers or a refund. Customer service is terrible

These arrived in a crushed semi-opened box, and they are the same size but not as compactly folded as the bag that came with the vacuum, which makes me wonder what the difference is -- knock off, different lot, retrieved from many other places and grouped into a 3-pack for sale? I haven't used any of them yet since they're backup for the one that's currently in the vacuum base, but I'll be keeping an eye on them when I do because of the unlike-the-others way they arrived.
Seems to be a manufacturing defect or something, but the base lid will not close after installing the bag. Terrible made in China quality.
