I got a few of these items as a gift, and I absolutely love the pencil cup & letter tray. When I opened the package, the gold plate of the file organizer fell off. I went to BB&B to exchange it, and they were happy to help. When I got the new one, the gold plate fell off again. I don’t feel like continuing this back & forth nonsense. I’m just going to try to glue the plate back on. I love Kate Spade, so I’m just frustrated with the quality of this one item.
