[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The HyperChiller Iced Coffee Maker from Keurig works great at chilling your freshly brewed coffee to make at home iced coffee without diluting your coffee with ice cubes. Its very easy to use. Follow the easy to read guide on how to fill the hyperchiller with water and allow it to freeze completely. Place the hyperchiller in your Keurig maker in the space where you would place your cup and it brews directly into the hyperchiller. Gently swirl your coffee around for about a minute and your coffee is chilled and ready to be poured into your glass. You dont want to shake it or it will spill everywhere! The HyperChiller is also dishwasher safe. You can chill up to 12.5 fl oz. Before having to refreeze so it can make a nice big travel cup of iced coffee if you are making on the go. The one one downfall I found was that if you like to add powdered creamers or sugar to your coffee it wont dissolve well with cold coffee so I recommend using liquid creams and flavor syrup instead. Great product made for Keurig coffee maker for the person who loves her iced coffees. You will save tons of money making yours at home instead of going to the coffee shop.
Wish I read their return policies for accessories before I bought it. Can only be returned for store credit. Calling it a HyperChiller is way off base, maybe 'cooler' but not chill. The design is also just different ways to make a mess. There is a hole on the top of the lid to let water from the plastic cup out. Even when you twist it close. So you cannot lay it sideways in the freezer or else you get water everywhere. There is also no way to clean where the coffee pours into, which is just gross. It pours into the lid, but there is no way to take the lid apart to clean it. Don't waste your money, it's just a metal and plastic breeding ground for bacteria that will make your drinks a little cooler.

I didn’t actually use it yet because it’s been too cold to drink iced coffee. I washed in the dishwasher and am going to try it to teach myself how to use it. It’s a brilliant idea for making iced coffee.

I ordered the Hyper Chiller using my account points which were about to expire, so at least I'm not out the entire cost of this thing. I followed the instructions supplied and, in fact, did not even fill all the way to the fill line which was marked, put it in the freezer and when I checked it the next day, the side of the plastic outside was split. I see that the one being sold now is gray; mine was black. Hopefully the gray one will be better than mine was. If you buy one, use it immediately because the warranty period is only 90 days.

It's ok. Doesn't really chill that much. Unless I'm doing it all wrong, it didn't come with very specific instructions on using it, only how to fill it. So I'm a bit disappointed

Bought for my husband because he likes iced coffee. Well he would always brew and add ice. He always complained, then I saw this. I snatched one up right away and he absolutely LOVES it!!!! I highly recommend!!!

I used the product three times and then it cracked at the side seam and would no longer hold the water/ice required for the product to work.

I bought this one in July, and truly enjoyed it. Being able to chill coffee fast and not diluting it is wonderful. However, it has cracked down the side. I went ahead and bought a second one a month after the first. I'll update if I have issues with it too.
