I bought the first smart coffeemaker and it quit working after 3 months- it took Keurig 2 weeks to send me a replacement. The replacement was a refurbished coffeemaker and the “smart feature” did not work - every pod came up as “classic brew.” Customer service told it was okay since it was still useable…which defeats the purpose of the “smart” coffeemaker. Before Keurig sent me the return label they were emailing me to hurry up and send the non-working coffeemakers back. We have been using keurig since 2007- this was the worst experience ever.

I also have a K-Supreme Plus® SMART Single Serve Coffee Maker that we put in our RV when I bought this one and it isn't quite as good.

My frother randomly stopped working no lights will turn on at all I have always hand washed it.. it was the best part of the product and it broke so fast… very disappointed. Wish they had replacement options if they broke so easy.
It’s not too smart machine, i don’t know why it gonna be shut down when using hot water for original what i had before, it’s brand new and it’s totally die. So the replacement one i using for really careful, and thank you for customer service support

Easier when I wake up. I haven’t gone through all of the features yet, but being able to be a cup a I shut off my alarm is really cool.

AWESOME!! AWESOME!! AWESOME!! I have never made a cappuccino before this!! Now- it is the only drink I make. I add a 1/2 teaspoon of honey, and the frothed milk is PERFECT!! I have friends stopping by to enjoy my new addition!!
