The "smart" recognition can take up to 30 seconds to register. So if you just want to pop in a K cup and brew, you have to wait for it to recognize. It will also not recognize off-brand K cups- like Kroeger, etc. Also note that the brewer is about 3/4th inch taller when open that it notes on the website. So if you have it in a pantry, take this into account to see if it will open all of the way. The frother is OK. I thought I would use it much more than I actually did. Its unnecessary for me.

WOW, I've had several machines and this tops them all. I can truly say this coffee maker beats them all and I am still learning what it can do. It isn't too complicated and you can use your phone to control it or from the coffee maker itself. This is the GREATEST COFFEE MAKER of all time.

Love the coffee maker overall, but the frother has already stopped working. Which is a big disappointment since it's the main reason I purchased this unit. It frothed beautifully two times and since then all I get is steamed milk, zero froth. For context, I've had this unit for approximately 3 weeks.

I love this Smart Keurig. I now can make lattes, cappachinos, as well as my regular cup of coffee the way I like them. Having the attached frother is an added bonus since it froths the milk and warms it at the same time. The plastic pitcher with the handle is so much more convenient for adding water and since it's clear I can make sure it stays clean. I'm really pleased with my purchase.

2nd one in 3weeks . Coffee maker works this but the frothed stopped working after 3 days. Customer service quickly sent a replacement out but have not received it. So we will see if this one works or there’s a short in the brewer.
