So...we had a Keurig Duo that recently quit working. It was less than 2 yrs old but no longer under warranty. The first one died within a year...so did the one before that...and the one before that. Yes...we clean them and change the filters. But...we are coffee drinkers. So...they get used every day. Keurig replaced them no problem if it was within a year. My husband thought we should try another brand...suggested Ninja since we LOVE their other appliances and they are workhorses. Never have issues with Ninja products dying after a short period. Did I listen. No...I thought...lets the K-Cafe a try. We have only had it in our possession since 2/16/2023. That is the delivery date. Took us a few days to unpack it and set it up. Today...I made a cup of just regular coffee. My son made a cup about 20 minutes later. Then my husband goes to make a cup a couple minutes later and it won't do anything. No power, we did all the trouble shooting...everything. It is a shell of nothingness. We all go to work and I come home and run through the troubleshooting again. NOTHING. Call Keuirg and they have me run through the same troubleshooting steps. Nothing. They are replacing after I send them the receipt, photo of the S/N number and a picture of the Keurig with a handwritten note with my name, today's date and the reference number from an email they sent me. Like...literal proof of life stuff...lol. Then it has to be approved. Once they approve it they will send me a replacement (without the accessories) in 7-10 business days. I will also receive a label to send my old one back and I will have to package it up. Sweet Jesus. I am like...can I not just take it back to Bed Bath and Beyond? They said that would be up to the store...and that the store would have to accept my return. I mean...the features aren't worth the headache of dealing with Keurig. Switching to Ninja for our next purchase.
Easy to use! I love the favorites feature! And being able to start your coffee from the app is awesome!

This machine works great. I can customize any coffee I want. However, I did down grade the stars due to this machine is messy. The coffee splashes everywhere on the counter top and all over itself. The previous Keurig I had didn’t do that. But I would still recommend if you like to make different cafe drinks.

Upgraded and so happy we did. We had the previous brewer/frother combination for the last 3+ years and were satisfied with it but this newer version is so much better - both for the brewing quality and the frothing. I like having additional options for coffee strength and levels for frothing. I highly recommend this brewer!

The new brewer errors out during a coffee brew cycle 1 out of 10 times. Cannot recommend this make and model due to this issue

I am absolutely in love with my Keurig. It’s so sleek and elegant. It works amazingly and the convenience of a built in frother makes me love it even more! If you haven’t purchased it already then you need too!
