Has a carafe that I can use when guests stay or I can use when i need a little more coffee. Great product
I really wanted to like this machine. I conducted a lot of research on coffee makers and settled on the K-Duo Plus. I quickly found out that the coffee maker does not heat the coffee to a reasonably hot temperature and, when it pours into the stainless steel carafe, it cools down even more. Add a bit of 1/2 and 1/2 and you have, at best, a luke warm cup of coffee. Quite disappointing given the price of the unit. The K-cup dispenser is only slightly better in terms of a hot cup of coffee but that can be attributed to the direct pour into a mug. I don't enjoy a scalding drink of any sort however, a hot cup of coffee would be nice!

Bought this machine to replace a previous broken Keurig. Had this new coffee maker about 12 hours. The coffee grain basket kept filling up with water and doesn’t drip, just overflows out the sides. Had to keep emptying the hot water from it and when I called customer service, they had me put coffee in it. Used a paper filter, no filter at all, the mesh filter, etc. The coffee grains overflowed and now there’s hot water and coffee everywhere. It took 4-5 minutes to even start brewing a carafe but I was reassured that is not normal. After several attempts, the Keurig representative said it was defective right out of the box and wanted to send a replacement in 5-7 business days. It’s impossible for me to go 5 to 7 business days without a cup of coffee. So after insisting, they agreed to send me a replacement in 1-2 business days. So now no coffee today, several wasted coffee attempts, and a half a bag of coffee wasted, out $160.00, and coffee-less for the next few days, I cannot even give a review of this machine until the replacement arrives and I mail the defective one back. The representative did email me a coupon for a free bag or box of coffee on select brands so I am grateful for that.

I have been using the K-Duo plus for a bit over a year now and I do really enjoy the maker. I was having an issue with the product and after a call into support and a discussion about the issue they decided to replace the product.. Great customer support and thank you for going above and beyond!

Representative that helped us to replace our coffee pot was excellent on how to tell us to do things. The current pot came very quickly. They do stand behind their word with their warranty.

Love this coffee maker. It is ideal for a single serve with pods, or to make a carafe/pot of coffee from coffee grinds. The carafe/pot is great for making a coffee pot for several people instead of using individual pods or if you are making enough coffee for the day.

Carafe, keeps coffee hot for over 2hr, I love the ability to make one cup coffee or a cup of tea. So far the best kerugi I bought and had 4.
