Keurig® K-Duo Plus® Coffee Maker with Single Serve K-Cup Pod & Carafe Brewer

I am planning on purchase this item but I want to know if this item has warranty?

In less than two years, the brewer malfunctioned. After quite a bit of time, I was sent a replacement and the SAME PROBLEM occurred. I again spent time dealing with this and now am waiting to see what happens next.

Buttons are finicky and sometimes have to push more than once. Also, it doesn't fill a full cup in the highest setting. It's barly just over a half a cup.not happy with this machine at all.

Anyone wanting full pot in morning this is perfect An that after dinner choices can’t be beat with K cups flavors,decaffeinated, hot chocolate.

This, in my opinion, is a major step up from my old K-Duo machine, in that I find that it’s a bit quieter while doing the same thing. That said, it also seems to be a bit slower to brew to me, and there’s one issue that irritates me to no end: after brewing a single cup, the machine continues to drip into the drip tray. No matter what I do, it continues to do this. I once found about four ounces of liquid in the tray where the filter for carafe brewing goes. They need to fix this somehow. Other than that, I have no complaints, it’s a good machine in nearly every other respect, and I would still recommend it.

I absolutely love this coffee maker. I definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a cup on the go in the morning and a nice pot of coffee on the weekends.

I love my K-Duo plus. It's slim design takes up very little space. I also like the stainless steel pot with the wide opening making it easy to clean. The first one was a Christmas gift that only worked for about 3 weeks but after a couple of calls to Keurig customer service it was happily replaced. Hoping I have no more problems.

I love the look of this K-Duo - easy to use - the option of a single serve or a carafe is optimal versatility!
