Has a carafe that I can use when guests stay or I can use when i need a little more coffee. Great product
I really wanted to like this machine. I conducted a lot of research on coffee makers and settled on the K-Duo Plus. I quickly found out that the coffee maker does not heat the coffee to a reasonably hot temperature and, when it pours into the stainless steel carafe, it cools down even more. Add a bit of 1/2 and 1/2 and you have, at best, a luke warm cup of coffee. Quite disappointing given the price of the unit. The K-cup dispenser is only slightly better in terms of a hot cup of coffee but that can be attributed to the direct pour into a mug. I don't enjoy a scalding drink of any sort however, a hot cup of coffee would be nice!

I will say, with a few days keft on the manufacturer warranty the top woukd no longer close. Keurig sent me a brand new machine no questions asked. Great customer service.

After a few months the pod lid does not stay closed when brewing.
I bought this to replace my previous Keurig 2.0 that stopped reading the reusable 2.0 pod. I like being able to make a pot of coffee in the morning instead of pod after pod. The Carafe feature with this Keurig fits that bill nicely. It is compact and very functional.

I used to have a 12 cup drip coffeemaker and a keurig with frother. I love having all in one. I had to purchase a separate frother but that is ok and small. Easy to use!!

After trying all of the recommended trouble shooting, it was decided that my issues were warranty related, and Keurig quickly sent a replacement brewer.

It’s advertised to make 170-190° coffee. I noticed that with just the smallest amount of cream my coffee was barely lukewarm. So I got a liquid thermometer and the coffee is only 150° prior to adding cream. Do not recommend
