Has a carafe that I can use when guests stay or I can use when i need a little more coffee. Great product
I really wanted to like this machine. I conducted a lot of research on coffee makers and settled on the K-Duo Plus. I quickly found out that the coffee maker does not heat the coffee to a reasonably hot temperature and, when it pours into the stainless steel carafe, it cools down even more. Add a bit of 1/2 and 1/2 and you have, at best, a luke warm cup of coffee. Quite disappointing given the price of the unit. The K-cup dispenser is only slightly better in terms of a hot cup of coffee but that can be attributed to the direct pour into a mug. I don't enjoy a scalding drink of any sort however, a hot cup of coffee would be nice!

After years of using a single serve Keurig coffee maker, we decided it would be more efficient to have a coffee maker able to make both single cups of coffee as well as a pot. After much research we decided to stick with Keurig as it seemed to have all the features we felt necessary. We received our K-Duo Plus coffee maker several months ago and could not have been happier. We generally use the single brew pods, a perfect cup every time but it was so convenient to be able to brew a carafe of coffee when we had guests. This was ideal as we don't like our kitchen counter clogged by multiple appliances. After a few months of use the latch holding the pod cover down failed to work properly. We contacted Keurig and within a matter of a few days a replacement coffee maker arrived at our front door. All we had to do was return the defective coffee maker to Keurig. We didn't have to pay for the return. Needless to say, we are extremely pleased with our Keurig purchase.

We have had a problem with very hard water but installed a reverse osmosis filter and everything is great now!

I had a problem with the coffee maker I purchased for Christmas. I spoke with Keurig customer service and they replaced under warranty. Very easy to work with and took care of my problem. Great company.

Love this space saver. No longer have 2 coffee makers taking up counter space. My second Keurig. Only issue, sometimes have to program twice to get it to brew a cup or pot. Folllow directions, second time it works perfectly. Not sure what the issue is, double checked directions for proper operation. Doesn’t happen often, but it is confusing. Otherwise, love it!!

Most versatile coffee maker I ever owned. Option for water reservoir placement along with single vs carafe and number of ounces/cups.

Our Keurig was 2 months over the 1 year warranty and stopped working. Keurig honoured the warranty and sent us a replacement free of charge. Amazing customer service.
