We have been using our Keurig Duo Plus for one month now. We generally brew a carafe every morning and use the single serve for hot tea in the afternoon. Both functions work great, no mess, easy to fill the reservoir, takes up half the space of our old machine. Our biggest concern was not having a warmer plate, but the thermal carafe keeps the coffee very hot for a couple hours, has not been a problem. We are delighted and would recommend for everyone.

I have had the pot five months and it quit working. Both sides, and I can't find any information on how to fix it.

The light stayed on for the descaling. Customer service replaced the unit because it was still in warranty

My Keurig stopped working after a few months and they did replace it. However, I know my call went overseas, as the girl stated she has never been to the U.S. I literally had to repeat things 3 times in order for her to understand. It was frustrating.

Love this new coffee pot! It has a slim size, is easy to use and refill. Had company this past week so the pot was used and the cup in between. It was just perfect!

The Duo seems to be a good machine with some drawbacks. Number one complaint is the resevoir. The water reservoir is awkward to handle and feels flimsy when full of water. After having nothing but single serve coffee for the last three ir four years it is great to be able to make a true full body brew! The single serve controls are dated and do not allow for making adjustments to temperature and only rudimentary adjustment for strength.

Love this new coffee machine. It opened up so much extra space on my counter. Also got tied of removing a plug everytime I needed to use my coffee pot vs my Keurig machine. The heating element is so much better & my coffee from the k-cups stays so my hotter not to mention the heating pad on the carafe side. Yes I totally recommend this product.

I bought my kerig a month ago. Brews good coffee but it is not very hot. My old kerig I could set the water temperature. I do like the programmable feature after figuring out how it worked.

We received this product as a Christmas present and it seemed like a great idea. However, we are experiencing many of the issues others have mentioned. Awkward water reservoir to refill, single side coffee not hot enough (have to microwave each time), Also the carafe is measured from 4oz to 12oz, but there is no 4 oz button selection. I like to make a couple of cups of decaf for myself without buying expensive k cups. But my biggest issue is that the filter basket drawer is almost impossible to put back in after taking out. I had it sitting on the counter for 3 days because I kept trying and not succeeding. Finally, my husband spent over 10 minutes this morning before he finally got it in correctly. I'm surprised I haven't seen this issue in more of the reviews.
